Cristiano Ronaldo has been the subject of an £88million bid from Juventus, with the Serie A giants currently odds-on to secure his signature. Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain had been touted as potential destinations for Ronaldo after the Real Madrid ace hinted he was looking to leave the club following their Champions League final victory in May. However, Juventus now believe they have a shot at signing the Portuguese ace – although they are expected to sell some of their stars in order to fund Ronaldo’s wages. The 33-year-old has become synonymous with the No 7 shirt, having worn it for six years at Old Trafford and a further eight years at the Bernabeu.
